I've spent the past 15 years with an insane rythm with uni, TV, football etc... without ever taking extra vitamins because I never felt the need for it 💊 I started taking B, C, D + Zinc this year and it feels an absolute cheat code 😂 Zero dozing off or muscular tiredness

Cancelling my The Athletic subscription. Crazy to write about football without adressing the elephant in the room. They trained for 2 weeks in pre-season after a 10 day break. Top level demands 3 week break 6 week pre season. There's nothing "tactical" about it
