On August 13, while appearing for a bail hearing, around 200 women (many his victims) stormed Nagpur District Court armed with kitchen knives, stones & chili powder. They threw chili in his eyes, stabbed him over 70 times, hacked off his penis with a vegetable knife, and left him dead on the courtroom floor.
