@thinkbforuspeak Primary votes are the most important. That’s June 16th here in Oklahoma.

Yes, I’ve been fighting the use of biosolids, human and industrial waste, as fertilizer in Oklahoma for the past two years. My bill to ban its use has been killed outright two sessions in a row. This bill is taking that process another step farther. We’re going in the wrong direction.

@ShawForOK @teammagakim Do know that during a standard embalming all the fluids go down the drain, eventually into the water supply. Also there is a process, AQUAMATION, They boil you & flush water across your body until it dissolves & down the drain it goes, except the bones. Legal in 12 states.

So, this was my day today… Today the House advanced HB3660, a bill to legalize the use of composted human bodies as fertilizer. If this bill is put into law, Oklahoma joins 14 BLUE states that have legalized this process. So, instead of outlawing this type of practice outright, we’re on track to take the use of humanure as fertilizer another disgusting step forward. 🤢

They’ve been spreading “humanure” aka biosolids on Oklahoma farmland for decades. This bill is throwing in composted human remains to be used as fertilizer. I’ve proposed a bill two sessions in a row to ban the application of biosolids as fertilizer in our state and it has been killed outright. This bill would take that practice to another level. It’s disturbing to say the least.

“Humanure” is another term for biosolids, which pertains to residential and industrial waste being used as fertilizer. I have pushed a bill to have the practice banned outright in Oklahoma and it has been killed two sessions in a row. Humanure and human composting as fertilizer to grow our food definitely stand in a league of their own kind of crazy.

@ShawForOK 'Humanure' would be human waste. Composted human bodies is another whole league of crazy.

💥 Hey, Scott - it’s not “absurd” to want clean, reliable, abundant and dispatchable energy solutions such as natural gas, as opposed to intermittent and unreliable solutions like wind and solar. Also, “conspiracy theories” typically don’t have copious amounts of research, statistics and widespread personal testimonies to back them up. So what’s with all the head scratching?   💥 Hey, Paul - Your statement that “if we don’t take a full approach on energy, we will fall behind” sounds an awful lot like progressivism. Aren’t you supposed to be a conservative Republican State Senator? You’re right though, China will get everything they can get from renewables by being the major supplier of wind and solar materials to companies in the U.S. while simultaneously leeching off taxpayers and redistributing wealth to ESG-focused boards of directors. Oh, and by the way, there are fewer things more insulting to constituents and citizens than essentially saying they’re dumb by indicating “they don’t understand it so they don’t like it.” Thousands of people across our state fully understand what a scam green energy is. 💥 Hey, @jdunnington - you’re right about wind and solar being “cheap,” but you’re 100% wrong on your subsidies statement. Show me where the One Big Beautiful Bill has already eliminated subsidies for wind and solar…. You won’t be able to because that’s a false statement, i.e. a lie. Subsidies still exist via the socialistic Inflation Reduction Act and will continue for projects that either a) are placed in service prior to 12.31.27 OR b) begin construction before 7.4.26. In other words, subsidies only stop for those that start construction after 7.4.26 OR have construction completed after 12.31.27. 🗳️ To all the Political Animals out there, this is your mainstream media and fake Republicans in a nutshell. June 16th is just around the corner, so be sure the candidates in your area are on the RIGHT side of the “green energy” debate. Our grassroots campaign to take House District 32 two years ago should serve as an example of what can happen to those who are not.

@rino_hunter_ok Which is why the county option language we put into the bill, allowing counties to extend or reduce the setback distances by a vote of the people, is critical.

@ShawForOK 3 mile set back is reasonable. 1/4 mile is not worth fighting for at all. This is from someone that lives just less than a mile from wind turbines and can see and hear them.

🚨 Action Alert 🚨 Right now, SB2, the only active wind turbine setback bill, is currently stalled in the Senate. The fate of this bill is in the hands of Senate Pro Tem Lonnie Paxton as well as Senator Grant Green, Speaker Kyle Hilbert and House A&B Chairman Representative Trey Caldwell. Given Senator Paxton’s press release regarding this bill from last session, he will need a lot of encouragement to advance this bill in the Senate now. Quote from Senator Paxton from the attached press release, “Furthermore, politics, misinformation and petty personal agendas have co-opted the debate on this bill, resulting in senators being harassed and making it nearly impossible to have a serious, rational policy discussion on this bill and other wind energy regulations this late in session. I think the best path forward for this legislation is to hit pause and find a better path forward where everyone can come to a reasonable agreement.” While the bill in its current form is nowhere near sufficient to protect non-participating landowners, the local control component is critical and was the main non-negotiating piece of this legislation for me last year - unfortunately, it was the main component senate leadership attacked. We must have this bill in motion to have a chance to strengthen the language and finally put into place common sense regulations on an out of control industry. Please contact Senators Paxton and Green and Representatives Hilbert and Caldwell (Trey) and urge them to advance this bill immediately. This issue is not about a “petty personal agenda” - the People’s agenda is what we’re demanding. See below for contact info 👇

Throwback Thursday to my speech at the Logan County GOP Convention from March 15, 2025 where I discussed grassroots statesmen vs establishment politicians. And I am happy to report that later that day the GOP leadership in Logan County did also flip to grassroots leadership like so many others across the state. 🇺🇸

@BuzzLightSabre @OklahomaDOGE My bill did not create another state agency. There was an error in the original language, creating a task force, but was resolved in an amendment before this bill was presented in both committees.

🚨🚨🚨HEY BROKEN ARROW RESIDENTS…🚨🚨🚨 Did you know last week, Rep #RossFord of #BrokenArrow voted against criminalizing foreign ownership of land?! Rep Ford’s vote against HB1453 is part of why that bill failed in committee. 🙈 Just wondering is this because Rep Ford uses a lobbyist firm to give him political advice?! These #AmberIntegrated legislators are really beginning to show us how big of a problem the lobbyists at the Capitol are a problem ❤️🤍💙🔥🎤🫳🇺🇸🚫🦏 This must be why Rep Ford won’t sign the #SaveOKPlan #OperationPurgeOKRINOs2026
