@B7frankH Naw the cop started reaching for his gun after he was punched in the face. The man then drew his weapon too. Hence the cop got his shots off first. His gun was clearly drawn first

Tragic but clear: After a traffic crash in Milwaukee, Elijah Wilks punched an undercover officer and drew his gun first. The officer, acting in self-defense, stopped the threat. Wilks lost his life because of his own choices.His family immediately cried "racist murder" — classic victim card — only to backtrack once the dashcam and bodycam proved them wrong.
