@rodneyberman What did you do about it when you were Council Leader? It was a state back then.

This is very sad to hear. I have repeatedly urged Cardiff Council for years to do something about the increasingly dilapidated state of this once fine building in Roath. The Labour-run council and the local Labour councillors have left it to rot.

Pen y Lan hill is a raging river. Puddles are the size of the Empire Pool. Continuing torrential rain in Cardiff is creating problems of the soggy kind. Wellies and snorkels are the order of the day.
