My wife cheated with a man she met on LinkedIn. We’ve been together for 17 years and married for 14. In August 2025, I lost my dad. A month later, my wife told me she was spending her birthday night at a spa with her best friend. I stayed home with the kids, and she even texted that she loved us. The next day, she came home acting normal. While she slept, I found a hotel key card in her jacket. In her overnight bag, I found lingerie. She lied repeatedly, claiming the lingerie was a surprise for me. Eventually, she admitted she had cheated. She claims it was a one-night encounter with a man she met on LinkedIn. Nine months later, she still won’t tell me who he is. During a recent holiday, I caught her messaging other men. She said they were just friends. Just lies. More lies. The marriage is over in my mind, but our children, aged 9 and 7, and the finances keep me from leaving. It feels wrong that she could cheat and still walk away with half of what I’ve worked for. I also don’t want another man around my kids. I’m torn. I’m angry. I’m tired. Any advice would be appreciated. Please help. - - - From my Dm, share some advice for this guy.
