@Taskrabbit That support team is useless. The people are ok, but they have no access to accurate information so it creates hours of work for me to get the order right. Last time I worked with them, they changed my order from 1 van, to 1 pickup truck, to 1 large truck, to 2 normal pickup trucks, only to have 3 items still leftover when the 2nd delivery team arrived. Luckily, before I had to call support again, the 2nd delivery driver happened to have a van, which is what i ordered in the first place when they told me there was no vans, and he was able to fit the stuff for me and was independently nice enough to do it. You really need to watch what's going on with that Dolly App. It's a joke.

@IKEAUSA This Dolly App by @Taskrabbit is the most pathetic service I have ever seen. They miss charge, they leave stuff behind, they have horrible service where they keep trying to charge extra for their mistakes. How do I fix this? They keep changing the scope of the order.

@Taskrabbit A Tasker booked a job before I confirmed the details with him. We were still discussing the task but it was booked anyway without my consent. Because the time was so close, canceling immediately still triggered the 24-hr window and I was charged $98. No work was done!
