BREAKING: Silvertips winger Jaxsin Vaughan has received a two game suspension stemming from his hit to Ty Halaburda on Saturday. He will miss Games 3 and 4 Tuesday and Wednesday. In positive news, the Rockets announced today that Halaburda has been discharged from the hospital

A second update on Ty Halaburda: Ty sustained a head injury in last night’s game and has been evaluated by medical staff. He is currently at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, where he continues to be monitored and undergo further testing by specialists. Head Athletic Therapist Scott Hoyer is receiving hourly updates, and the entire Rockets medical staff will continue to be informed. His family is en route from Victoria and will be with him shortly. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
