@drnope @JeremyClarkson @AdrianRamsay Tuberculosis can affect badgers quite badly but it’s more how it’s transmitted between badgers and picked up by cattle mainly, through badgers excrement. If one cow is affected in a herd, it can wipe out a whole farm and a families livelihood. Humans are vaccinated against TB.

After more than a decade of culling and the deaths of over 230,000 badgers, I welcome reports that the government has committed to ending the cull. I’ve written to the responsible minister asking her to confirm that badger culling in England will end in full.
