Look,I’m no fan of the JIK bleached,”anaemic” tripe ,but that’s all there is around here,unless I go to an abattoir where they sell the original black tripe in bulk ,but what am I gonna do with 15kg of tripe? 🤷🏽‍♂️ Please do not shora, the way the greens are cut,I bought ready sliced greens from @Tesco Pitsea. I think it’s about time @Tesco recruits from the wide pool of African diaspora to teach them how to slice greens the way we do.
