Locked out of my car with my backpack, laptop, wallet inside thanks to @Toyota. Despite this being documented in prior service appts & a class action lawsuit ongoing, I was gaslighted again that I just need to replace the battery (which we’ve done multiple times for both fobs)

The Absent-Minded Investor
I’m sad that there is only one manufacture who makes manual trucks; Toyota. I like Toyota and love my ‘09 Tacoma. No dealer within an hours drive has manuals and won’t order one. Further out, only carries 1-2, they are taken and not sure when will get more. 😢 @Toyota

@Toyota my 2022 RAV4 has a major leak in a headlight that led to light failure. I put out the money for the VSA Platinum but you have refused to cover it. This is a safety critical component that has been covered post warranty in Lexus RX and Tacomas. Please help.

@Toyota 2/2 And what compensation will I get for the month+ we haven’t been able to drive our couple-months old Camry b/c of the, you know, loss of pwr + fire thing? We have loaner Camry but still lesser features/comfort than OUR Camry now parked indefinitely in our driveway.

Hey @Toyota $400+ to replace a key/fob on a 2014 Camry!!?? My 88 year old mother dropped it & it broke into 10 pieces! $204 for the key & $200 for service to program it??!! 😩😖🤯 You can do better!

@toyota … why am i not able to obtain a similar substitute vehicle for my 2022 Tundra whose engine you have to replace while its in the shop for 4-5 days? see Toyota of New Bern. it is a pretty significant burden to be offered a Corolla and frankly should be embarrassing for Toyota. #recalls

It’s already some bs that I have to pay a subscription to use the remote start on my car, but for @Toyota to charge me full price & my service was cut off 10 days into the month is an outright SCAM!! This will be my last Toyota vehicle!!
