I tried contact you but could not get any response @TMobile

@TMobile @TMobileHelp Regarding phone unlock request #42848138. Unlock Request is denied . I have used sim with this phone couple of time as I hold multiple t mobile number so use interchangeably. I paid phone in full and it been more than 45 days. Kindly look into.
