@TreeboClub Booked Itsy-AY Plus in Pune. TRB-17744214468184. Its a lodge in the name of hotel. Stinky, broken toilet, torn bedding. Someone entered the room while I was out, fiddled with my clothes, innerwear. Hotel staff not responding. Treebo is dillydallying.

@TreeboClub who often make false promises during the booking process. Since we had already paid 50% in advance and it was around 11:30 PM, we had no choice but to manage with the available option.

@TreeboClub Terrible experience. I had booked a room with 1 Queen bed + 1 one single bed, but upon arrival, no such room was available. I contacted Trebbo customer care, they said they would call back within 5 minutes, but I never received any call. This was highly unprofessional

@TreeboClub Another 60min drama. But no resolution. This is never ending 60min.Looks like treebo is hand in glow with the hotel. Since, 5 days, you are not able to retrieve cctv footage. Atleast refund me for 2days.

@TreeboClub @TreeboClub The hotel owner is trying to call me up and perhaps to threaten me. On the day of incident, both the owner and the lady at reception were behaving rudely with me and told me to take it up with Treebo. Today they are calling me again and again perhaps to scare me.

What I experienced is completely unacceptable: - Dirty bedsheets full of hair and stains. - No water available at midnight - Geyser not working at all - No drinking water provided - Complimentary breakfast not given.

There are a good number of hotels in Indian cities under #TreeboClub, a new entrant in budget hotel business. Booking a hotel online is quite easy @TreeboClub but it keeps pending without an advance payment which is impossible thru payment links sent by them. Surprising indeed!
