Extremely disappointed with @makemytrip & @makemytripcare . Bus broke down on June 12, left passengers stranded for 4 hrs with ZERO support. We had to book a cab out of pocket for 2200 just to reach safely. Multiple complaints raised, but no response. Worst customer service ever.

"होटल वालों ने मेरा ट्रिप बर्बाद कर दिया। मैंने एक हफ्ते पहले बुकिंग की थी।" दिल्ली की पूजा का कहना है- जयपुर के hyatt hotel वालों ने कहा कि होटल में शादी है, इसलिए हमारी सलाह होगी आप बुकिंग कैंसिल कर दें। महिला का कहना है- make my trip से एक हफ्ते पहले बुकिंग की थी। और जब free cancelation की डेट निकल गई, उसके बाद, हयात वालों ने फोन करके कैंसिल करने को कहा। मुझे लगता है, होटल या फ्लाइट बुकिंग के लिए जो लोग third party ऐप यूज करते हैं, उसमें सबसे ज्यादा परेशान होने वाले make my trip के ही यूजर होते हैं।
