We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you. Upon reviewing PNR 4752282423, we found that the submitted TDR has been rejected by IRCTC with the reason: "Ticket not surrendered up to 4 hours before the scheduled departure of the train." As per IRCTC’s policy, tickets must be surrendered at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled departure time in order to be eligible for a refund. Since this requirement was not met, the refund request has unfortunately been declined, and no refund is applicable in this case. We hope this clarifies your concern. As per the terms and conditions of the Trip Guarantee Policy, the amount paid toward the policy purchase is a non‑refundable component.
