@Gladd People are hurt that the lighting is perfectly accurate and because of that she doesnt look young and perfect anymore. Unironically the original game gives off more instagram filter perfectly smooth then dlss5 does.

The right literally looks better. Of course it does, it has infinite, digital resources. I'm confused what point is being made here. There are a few changes to the original artists' work, but there are no fundamental changes or anything. It's still Grace, digitally enhanced.

@Daystarverse They have their favorites and it’s clear it’s the Asian character’s because not only does have that ability that should be cloaks ability but she also has a charm ability that takes over the enemy mind and move them towards her.. that should be on emma and jean.

@plazynoodles The lighting is more accurate. It evens everything out, as it would be on an overcast day, rainy day. There shouldn't be any directional lighting on her right side. I've been a photographer for years, I know a face in overcast lighting when I see one.

That’s kind of missing the point. Nobody is asking for a melee-dominated game or trying to turn it into a fighting game. The issue is just basic balance between playstyles. Right now melee/dive has to take way more risk just to function — you have to commit abilities to even get in, take constant chip damage on the way, and then deal with heavy sustain once you’re there. Meanwhile poke can apply pressure from a safe distance almost all the time, with less risk and more consistency. A healthy shooter isn’t about making melee stronger than ranged, it’s about making sure both have clear strengths and weaknesses. Poke should be safer at range but punishable if you overextend, and dive should be risky but rewarding when executed well. Right now poke feels like it has both the safety and the reward, while melee just carries the risk. That’s why people are complaining — not because they want melee to take over, but because the balance and tradeoffs between poke-dive-browl just aren’t there.

Buff melee. Buff Daredevil. Buff Ironfist. Buff this buff that. This is a hero "SHOOTER" people like this do not understand if this game was melee dominated it would be the death of it. There is a good reason fighter genre games are highly respected skill-wise. But they are not successful. If you want your gameplay to be melee ONLY and you are always complaining about how you can get SHOT in a SHOOTER game, there is plenty of fighting games where no one will shoot at you, go play tekken, streetfighter, 2xko. Whatever makes you happiest. This will never be a melee dominated game. And melee heroes should never be too strong.
