And it's been now over a month with no ability to make or receive calls and no solution from smarty

@SMARTYMobileUK are genuinely the worst provider have EVER been with. Unable to make, or receive calls since 3G was phased out. Customer service directed me to the manufacturer despite confirming I have a 4G phone.
Went back to @giffgaff today & perfect service has resumed #AVOID
