Whenever I travel by Indian Railways I find this specific signage very problematic Hindi is forced over local language of that station on such signages. The extent of this absurdity is exposed in Maharashtra, where both Marathi and Hindi share the same Devanagari script but still they force Hindi.

🚨 A citizen reports garbage on a pavement and uploads clear evidence. Complaint gets registered. The system auto assigns the case to an officer. Instead of cleaning the spot, the officer simply uploads a random photo of another pavement and marks the complaint as “resolved”. Problem solved on paper. Garbage still there on the ground. This is the reality of many government grievance systems. Cosmetic compliance, fake closure reports and zero accountability. Technology, apps, dashboards and tracking numbers mean nothing if officials can just upload random photos and close cases. You cannot fix governance with apps if the people running the system have no intention of doing the work.
