I am sorry to hear about this issue, but you should know that we don't have any kind of control over the parcel once it's shipped. When the courier is returning the missing parcel to us we'll make sure we'll ship it back to you at no cost. In order to help you better please mention which store you ordered from.

@VKBsim my husband bought your joy sticks and mounts. He's received the joy sticks and 1 mount. The other was some how missing for a week lost in the mail. It showed delivery for the next day and some how would up back to where it shipped from. He has a support ticket and still cant get answers. Siccorsane is his name on here. Please. Do better. These are not cheap id except better.

@jannison28 VKB US is our own store compared with VKB EU and UK, which is an independent business reselling our products. Still, we're in negotiations with them in order to get the price lowered.

@VKBsim I'm looking to get myself decked out with some flight gear. But my question is: Why is there such a price difference between the US vs UK and EU for your Gladiator NXT Evo flight stick? It makes no sense to me, could you explain why?

@VKBsim @VKBsim I finally ordered a gunfighter in the US store but my order was cancelled due to a staff error. Is there someone who can look into this via DM and ensure it is corrected so my gunfighter will ship?

STECS STG, all versions, including Right hand models, are listed in the NA and Ali stores. The EU and Aus stores will post them as soon as they receive stock.

@AdamSmi31325846 We build stock these days. Don’t have and exact date, but should get it in local store somewhere between 1 and 2 months.

@crtheisen @VKBsim If only @VKBsim made more left-handed versions of their joystick grips, aside from the SCG. Or even a right-handed STECS throttle (perish the thought) for left-handed people.

Finished installing my new @VKBsim controllers, special thanks to @Rainmangamez for helping the decision! Retiring my @TMThrustmaster HOTAS (but I still love my racing stuffs ❤️). Nearly ready to dive back into #EliteDangerous and more with the setup!
