@WHSmithSupport I ordered items for delivery to your Sheffield, Fargate shop last Saturday & got notification of dispatch on Monday. E-mail said 2-4 working days till it’s ready to collect. Still not had e-mail to say it’s arrived in store. Checked spam. Can I check order status?

@WHSmithSupport Hi. I brought a magazine today and I was in a rush. It wasn't until I got home I've realised the self serve has charged me twice. I paid with a £10 note and its given me £4.00 change. That was the only money I had on me. So its charges me £6 for a £3 magazine
