Shocking service at @Gatwick_Airport South Terminal @WHSmith / InMotion. Every listed phone number is dead/disconnected and the Club Avolta app is a glitchy, empty mess. 2025 and no way to check stock or reach a human. Do yourself a favour: buy in London before you fly. 👎✈️

@WHSmith It's not possible to buy a bottle of cold water at the Southend Hospital branch, because the chiller cabinet is broken. Please can you confirm if it's true that staff are not allowed to move bottled water to a cabinet that *is* cold - and if so, why? (1/2)
