I passed out during Top 4 and missed everything 😭 Didn’t pay for the PPV at all. Capcom has a lot of changes they need to make for next year’s production. The esports division is straight up embarrassing and they should be criticized for their awful decisions.

2/ LUCCA, The Walled City That Time Forgot 4 km of perfectly intact Renaissance walls. You walk or bike on TOP of them. The evening passeggiata on the walls, panoramic views over rooftops and Tuscan countryside, is daily ritual, not tourist attraction. Flat, bikeable, car-restricted centro storico. I was in Rome last week and my cousin, who's eaten his way across Italy, told me he's never eaten as well as in Lucca. That says something. €2,321/sqm (+6.4% YoY). Peripheral areas from €1,440/sqm → 85-130 sqm for €200-300K outside the walls.

Seeing how much better prepared NYC was for the second snowstorm is really encouraging. First snowstorm I was shovelling snow with my super to clear our corner and it was the only one in a few blocks that was clear. This week, everything was clear... everywhere I've been.
