I fucking hate how people treat "Isn't open world" as a hardware limitation of games.
No man. "Open world" isn't the natural evolution of game design. It's ONE approach. It does not NEED to be everywhere and it's not a mark of inherent quality over more linear games!!!

The amount of replies & qrts I got when I was tweeting my experience saying stuff like "I don't remember this from Nier Automata" or "How do you get to this?" was concerning 💀 So many people never played past route A so seeing someone as big as The Weeknd doing route C is great
