Week 11 in the bag finished off with 2 and half hour run today , 30 miles ran this week plus the usual great PT session with Arran Bawa , raising money and awareness for Birmingham Children's Hospital and Charity by running 2026 London Marathon , help us break the quarter of a million xx

Another week ticked off , over 10 miles again today , terrain was tuff in places , great to join up with my mate the legend @wolvespremier … London Marathon training x

Your support over the years has been unbelievable hence we are £2878.21 short of giving Birmingham Childrens Hospital a quarter of a million pounds , please follow the final chapter, my very close friend Suresh and I will be participating in The London marathon this year to try and surpass this amazing milestone , please support if you can , Children with poorly hearts need people with generous hearts xx

Week 2 completed of the TCS London Marathon training , as always shout out to Arran Bawa for my weekly PT to improve core and leg strength , raising money for Birmingham Children's Hospital and Charity

Probably the worst kept secret but although I said I’d never do it again we’re £2k short of raising a quarter of a million for Birmingham Children’s Hospital so along with my partner in crime Suresh we will be doing the London Marathon in April for one last time to get us across that finish line , your support over the years has been amazing , please follow the journey for one last chapter xxx

Really sad news about Terry. Was a great player and lovely person , an ever present whenever the Wolves former players visit The Fox At Shipley thoughts are with his family at this sad time x

Always a humbling experience going to Birmingham Children's Hospital and Charity although been a fairly quiet year on the fundraising raising front handed over £10,000 which puts us within touching distance of a quarter of a million , again you all for your amazing support xxx Watch this space for a announcement soon as too how we’re planning to break £250,000

Absolutely shit , Andre should have done better but was totally isolated, Sam Johnstone is definitely up there as one of the worse keepers I’ve ever seen in a Wolves shirt , my opinion as everyone else is I’m entitled to one …😡😡😡
