@AnneLeditschke @Doc_Yogi All VERY good points. Some excellent words from @AmyCEdmondson on this point. What we think of as as an ideal employee may be a very different thing to a trainee who is learning well- and a trainee contributing to the learning of the team.

THANKS for understanding this as a misunderstanding! #Psychologicalsafety is often confused with “safe space,” when it’s actually nearly the opposite. “Safe conflict” says it well: an atmosphere of healthy give-and-take, rather than tiptoeing around.
