@UnimpressedTX @BottjenJason You definitely don't understand the article. There is no question that a carefully designed piece of software, designed to commit fraud, was used to inject fraudulent records into the poll pad system temporarily.

Looks like you didn't read or understand the article, or other related articles. The poll pads *do* get their data from the rolls, but not directly. It is served through ePulse, which services multiple states. From the data, the fraudulent Bexar records never went through the rolls, but were created outside the system at the Epulse level or higher.
