day 2 didn't go as planned. still calorie deficit for my food but did zero exercise. my quads were on fire from day 1 that i could barely walk let alone anything else. still sore but should get a walk in tonight. Small steps

Oscar came to Austin after a cold & food poisoning, got kicked out of SQ1, got a penalty in the sprint, recovered in quali, tested his engineer’s patience with track limits, finished the race in P5, and then joked about drivers resolving their disputes NASCAR-style. What a week.
