PWA, so only thing I have installed is 1Password, Signal, Obscura and Ente Auth. The rest is PWA, sadly only Safari allows for PWA so I installed 1P and uBlock Lite on it.

Assuming it's a traditional VPN, something like Obscura legitimately can't see the websites you visit for example. All that Mullvad VPN see's is traffic coming from Obscura, not your IP addess.
