hi #edtwt i’ve been stuck in the 170s jail, literally unable to go below 172 pounds and i keep gaining like mini pounds and it’s getting ridiculous. been at this weight & fluctuating for lik almost a week and a half to two weeks. what are some things i can do to go below 172?

@backtoedbre i rarely eat reheated food either so i usually only save foods i dont have to reheat unless its like pizza or something 😅

weird post ik but day 1 of teaching myself its ok to not finish my food if i am full! im not wasting it, it is ok to save food for later!!!!

@r0riiv Haha yesss I always offer the rest of my food to whoever is around before I either throw it out or put it up for later (I don’t like throwing food out but I have sensory aversions and reheated food is rarely good to me) I’m working on remembering these too 🙏

@FaintingVulpe Exactly 🫂 we can’t always control our reaction in a situation where we’re getting hurt, it’s going to keep both you and kitty safe. Keep in mind these things exist bc other struggle with it too and claws harbor bacteria so regardless it’s a good idea 🫶

@FaintingVulpe That’s a normal reaction, you’re allowed to react. Get his nails clipped or some alternative that covers them, it’s not mean at all as long as the kitty is not in pain. He’s allowed to be upset I promise he’ll get over it with some love and treats 🫶 you aren’t harming him
