Proud of my print feature in @Essence’s Mar/Apr issue. I spoke to experts to explore the #softlife movement. “For Black women who are divesting themselves of the harmful “strong Black woman” trope, the #softlife doesn’t mean having an abundance of wealth, luxury and status.”

I’m a social worker/therapist. Of course I’m biased and going to suggest an MSW/LCSW over other degrees/licenses. LOL
