@PhilBillingham Thankfully I was the opposite. I went to a meithrin, ysgol gynradd, ac ysgol uwchradd and should count Welsh as my first language (if I’d kept it up post school and into work life). It’s such a privilege to be bilingual and to have never had this questioned.

@TheSecretAcct @ha38drakuk @ii_couk But you won’t be buying them back in the same name. The SIPP (assets held in trust on behalf of the member) will be buying them, so to me, this would always have to be a disposal and repurchase, incurring the bid offer spread. Keen to know otherwise!

@ha38drakuk @ii_couk Should be quite simple. Selling shares in an ISA and immediately rebuying the same shares back in a SIPP using cash in the SIPP in the same name as the ISA account.

Has anyone ever sold shares between their ISA and SIPP without incurring any spread cost. Ie you sell and buy at the same price? I’ve done it between my trading account and ISA but unfortunately my provider doesn’t do SIPPs. I can move my SIPP and ISA to whoever can do it.

Tandy’s Scotland Six Nations defence; 2020: 1st in points against, 1st in tries against 2021: 2nd in PA, T-1st in TA 2022: 5th in PA, 5th in TA 2023: 2nd in PA, 2nd in TA 2024: 2nd in PA, T-2nd in TA 2025: 4th in PA, T-2nd in TA Other than 2022, that’s pretty good going.

@s_coombsy @HughEdw54983916 They could wriggle out of it with a “Tandy is on the way so to start this fresh era we’re giving new lads a go ahead of it kicking off properly in November”. Although I do think a well selected fresher squad with Wilson & Jockey in charge can win in Japan too.

@AlexReilley1 It was a shame you were so diplomatic on the news this morning (appreciate why). The message needs mainstream media to back the cause.

Most hospitality businesses can’t afford to open every day so how is being allowed to be open until later going to help? And for a sector, that you acknowledge, is worth circa £62billion to the economy & who this govt have just hit with 3.4billion of additional tax is this a…

Our pubs, restaurants & live music venues are the beating heart of our cultural life, so it’s vital they’re given every chance to survive and thrive. That’s why new trial powers for London will back the capital’s pubs and clubs–boosting the nighttime economy and driving growth.

@melliebrampops @JiffyRugby @samwarburton_ Please don’t get me wrong. I’m not suggesting he is right. Was just asking as it feels like rugby (especially at junior level) has made great strides to make the game safer as a contact sport?

@c_markwick @JiffyRugby @samwarburton_ Sadly he is wrong. Very happy to chat and explain my understanding after 5 years of living through this and researching. We still love rugby but just want it to be safer and protect the players before the game

Wise words from the legend @JiffyRugby but very disturbing to hear @samwarburton_ comments about head injuries in rugby - professionals brains are no different to the kids Sam CTE is real in rugby and 900 diagnosed players are your proof. Every contact causes damage to the brain

Haven't seen Wales play with this much width for a long time. Llewellyn is the reason. Credible threat in mid field.

🏉Simon Easterby & Franco Smith both credible candidates for Wales job, surprised Pat Lam has not been mentioned more. Not hugely enthused by Michael Cheika, the game in Wales needs a positive public personality in the role as well as coaching expertise. #Wales #Rugby
