That’s not just cold—that’s structurally broken in this moment. And even if he manages to grind his way out of this match, the approach is concerning. It’s impatient, one-dimensional, and not the kind of pattern that holds up on clay over the long run. Rhythm on this surface is earned, not given. He used to know that.
