They know his impact, he's an all round player who makes things happen, therefore they execute their own task excellently to make him and the entire team happy. As for the idea that any he doesn't want don't make the national team, is not true. Messi wants team players to play around him, not men whose ego and arrogance would ruin the energy of the team. Watch the team he's played for, he has never made it all about himself. That's the difference.
