@merseyrail we know there are issues but why are your station staff at central and moor fields sending people who want the Southport line to stand on Sandhills freezing platform for a train that is coming from central and we could have got on there?

@JonHaidt many parents will be with you on your perspective on phones. Many of us see this as 100% the top issue. I’d like to see information designed for the kids. Teenagers don’t listen to parents at the best of times. Any thoughts on resources for them to understand too?

Travelling with an electric car in this country is very stressful. Broken rapid chargers which are few and far between. Loads of companies with their own subscription services, which often don’t work. We are so not ready or even off the starting blocks #EVcharging
