He was amazing with me. I remember meeting him and he was so, so good. "He actually said after the meeting: 'By the end of this year, I'll make you a Premier League player. You'll be ready to play in the Premier League'. I almost laughed at him because at that point I'd only played 10 games in League One. Naismith having an in-game discussion with a home supporter who was annoyed that he either wasn't quick enough in passing or going forward. Think there is one fan in particular who has a go at home almost every single match. Skipper seems to have had enough of him.
