Well, the one time @OfficialWilllF managed to bring a tear to my eye that wasn't in laughter... ish. @LastWeekTonight with @iamjohnoliver's new song, Fellow American's, Welcome Home had me laughing and literally crying with pride. Now back to the #WorldSeries 2024!

@JeremyClarkson The time I spent with my kids watching the three of you on Top Gear and Grand Tour are some of the best memories we have. We still watch old episodes together occasionally. Well done you three. Long live the tent!

@dbmesser Haven’t we all. I’m not sure I pay to prove my identity, I think I enjoy the peace of not being botted. I was getting slammed. So I locked my profile and debotted myself, and started following content I like seeing, My for you algo has been quite interesting.

So, am I crazy, or does anyone else notice the increase in spam replies on Twitter…er sorry, on X, since Elon took over?

@DomenicJoe So, with X, we have to pay for the privledge of not being spammed? Vs. Twitter which monitored and helped prevent that for free. 🤔

@DomenicJoe I don’t want to pay to prove who I am. Technically I’ve already done that just getting to where I am in life.

@dbmesser It’s slowed down a lot than it used to be. However it might be a premium feature.

I’d rather be delayed or canceled on @Delta than dangerously close to hitting the ground on @SouthwestAir. Huge difference between being inconvenienced and fearing for your life.

Y’all, I’m still reeling. I lost both my editor and publisher yesterday in one fell swoop! My editor/publisher @likaluca was the first person to tell me it was time for me to write down my story. She is responsible for my 2 book deal at Pantheon for a sum that makes me giddy.

@JeremyClarkson @JeremyClarkson I finally got to see the last bit of series 3 today. It’s how I chose to spend my birthday. Well, that and my back is out so, I couldn’t move much. 😉 I have seen all your work from the 80’s on. This is the best. And that’s coming from an American petrol head!
