Raniganj, Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal : Goons from Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP), led by Shubham Raut, disrupted a Christian prayer gathering in Raniganj, accusing those present of engaging in religious conversion activities. The attendees are seen confronted and questioned during the gathering. This was in police presence. Around 20–25 people who were attending the prayer meeting were subsequently taken to the police station, where authorities initiated an inquiry into the nature of the gathering and the allegations raised by the VHP.
