For those that do consulting/freelance work with ecommerce brands, any tips on getting started? I have a rough idea of niche and offering, once I align on pricing is it as simple as cold reaching out? I’ve worked with several brands as a CSM so was going to start there

@TD_Canada some feedback on setting up a PAD from a different bank 1) update your forms to allow for longer account numbers 2) please get rid of mailing paper forms and faxing to have this completed It’s 2025, you can do better. Unnecessary obstacles to set this up

Might be a dumb question but why don’t car dealerships also offer car rentals? I feel like they have the infrastructure and means for it and I’d be more than happy to rent a car from a local dealership, esp if it’s a car I may want to buy in the future!

Not sure if any shopify apps are trying to capture the cafe of barbershop markets? If I ran one of those I’d prefer to run them on shopify given the ecosystem vs industry specific tools but I also am not in those spaces 😂

Can’t make this up, real CX ticket

If you run a business where customers have scheduled deliveries and you don’t say anything to them between order date and shipment confirmation, you’re causing a lot of anxiety and missing an opportunity to delight and build excitement with customers!

When you work in ecom CX long enough, you realize how easy it can be sometimes to make the customers experience better by simply being proactive with certain emails. A lot of inbound CX tickets can be avoided this way too
