@heysandy801 Nice work! Does this mean you're building something that works with crisp, pulls in the convo and does a summary + draft response?

jumped back into support myself for the first time since 2023. what surprised me the most was how unchanged the workflow is. when our team needs to answer a merchant or help them set something up, they’re still using the same tools and process we built three years ago - back when the team was small and the product surface area was smaller. so we’re fixing that this year by building a copilot inside the conversation window - a Cursor for our support team. they won't need to spend time jumping between ten references and slowly assembling the answer. They keep context where they're working, they watch a bot figure out the solution and guide them along the way, and they can work on many conversations in parallel. it compresses the “search + stitch + implement” loop they're doing today manually into a few seconds to review a computer figuring it out all by itself. shared a prototype with our team lead and they were ecstatic to see it. this year, i think we're not going to do the most impressive customer-facing stuff but the stuff that makes work feel easier and more fun. the power of staying bootstrapped. :)

@heysandy801 We are not at that scale so don’t have 24/7 , but could use agent support during the hours no one is around.

strongly agree with this year being broad strokes cleanup leveraging AI. we're working hard on transforming how we operate end-to-end, and i really believe that we'll come out of it being stronger and better than ever before.

Hey @intercom , you just broke your support chat widget for ALL Shopify apps. Around 20min ago we noticed your chat widget doesn't appear and is shooting errors. We checked some other Shopify apps that are using Intercom (e.g. UpCart) and their chat widget is also gone. FIX ASAP, people are losing dollars here. We also can't reach your support.
