maybe 🌶️ take: i miss partner dashboard. it certainly felt a lot easier to find the thing i wanted there. example: collaborator access is now a multi-click thing, everything feels a touch slower to respond, numbers aren't formatted, no store search bar at the top. i'm sure they'll fix it all up, but this in-between is annoying to go through.

hey mom i'm famous! thanks @kmeister2000 and @TRPage_dev for having me on liquid weekly. truly an honor. spoke at length about how we tackle preorders on @StoqApp at scale and use everything ai to automate our operations to the extent we can. i truly believe in the idea of treating your business like you would your product, and a lot of the success we have today comes down to keeping that front & centre. hopefully some of the things i shared here helps in understanding how we make that happen. :)

my new design flow is a bit bizarre. 1. I now design via code, and edit locally. It just feels very fast vs asking claude to design in figma 2. Once everything looks good and is deployed, i then ask claude to build it in figma, so i can use the figma link 3. I feed the figma link to my LLM conversations incase I need them to grab screenshots and add them to blogs, landing pages etc.

Got another merchant moved off legacy customer accounts today and went to ping @pmillegan and remembered he's not doing that anymore. Off to bigger and better things but it'll be a long time before I think of customer accounts and don't think about Patrick 🥹
