Man I will never recommend or purchase another @Dodge product in my life. They did a recall on my SIL challenger, the repair failed. Take it back to the dealer, they reccomene I call Dodge Customer care. After messing around with a stupid AI phone system for half an hour, I finally get connected to some chick in India who can't speak English and just blows us off. Why anyone would buy a new car anymore is perplexing.

@Dodge Can someone please help me, my 2025 electric charger has been in the in service for two months at this point, before this it has been in the shop 50 days. the car it's been in service 50% of the time I've had the car. Please repurchase this car and do the right thing.

@Dodge I’ve had my EV charger at the dealership since 12/11/2025. It’s still there. Vehicle is a safety hazard. I have not received it back. It’s been a total of 93 days! 0 support from Stellantis and dodge. They rejected my buy back. You lost a customer for life. LEMON!

@Dodge Either this service department knows nothing about dodge cars or they tried to get another thousand dollars on the fuel pumps, I ended up doing it myself in half that time since fuel tank removal is not required.

I got a service quote from local @Dodge dealer and it has 3 problems. 1 double billing labor where the same task has to be done to replace 2 parts they want labor twice to do it once; 1 unnecessary part, the seal comes with a new fuel pump but they added an a new seal as well...
