#God is #love (1 Jn. 4:8) The #Bible never days “God is wrath” We must provoke Him to wrath, but we don’t have to provoke Him to love because that is His glorious name!

The greatest #leader to walk the earth was also the greatest follower. #Jesus submitted himself to the Father and followed his will (Matt 26:39, 42).

The #Bible agrees with this quote from #HarryPotter. "I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live" (Deuteronomy 3:19-20). Also, see Proverbs 3:5-6; Proverbs 14:12; Galatians 6:7-8.

Every time I left the fiery heat of Nola and walked into the convention center I felt the Spirit of the Lord descend upon me…or maybe that was the AC. I’ve been a believer long enough that I should know the difference, but it was hard to tell. #SBC23

Just heard a man talking on the phone in the most southern (non-Cajun) accent possible say, “Their food’s good but they can keep the heat!” I think that sums up many people’s feelings about the #SBC23 in Nola this year.
