50-90% smaller videos. Same visual quality, faster page load. Dropped a full video compression tool into Offload. Runs entirely in-framer, no external tools needed. Pick quality, output sizes and auto-generate a poster image. Still the only @framer plugin that does this 👇

Just got access to @MiniMax_AI M2.5. I plugged it into @cursor_ai and it one-shotted 11 tasks plan across 25 files, frontend, backend, framer plugin, shared packages in my monorepo setup. It runs pretty fast too! DOPE 🔥

@HeyFlorent @learnframer @framer Actually, Webflow made GSAP free for everyone, even plugins that you once had to pay for (like the text splitter used in this component). Inside Framer you can't use GSAP directly tho, you have to pass via custom bundle or cdn.

You can do it natively in Framer by splitting each lines, wrapping each into a frame or stack and using a clip overflow on these containers. But this introduces some additional « issues » as you need to keep each lines intact for the responsive part 😅 Motion doesn’t have the recalculation of each line like gsap, so I’m more curious on how you approached this code-wise!

It's crazy how less than 100 lines of code can save you tens of thousands of dollars. If you're using @framer to collect leads, chances are you're also using Zapier to forward those leads to your CRM or email marketing platform. A client had issues connecting Framer to Zapier to Klaviyo and reached out to see if we could find an alternative solution. Turns out, a solution not only exists, but it's ridiculously cheaper than Zapier. On behalf of the client, I created a custom webhook that receives data from Framer, formats it correctly, and sends it to Klaviyo using their API. It took a couple of hours and worked pretty much on the first try. But then I got curious. How many submissions could we feed to the webhook before exiting the Cloudflare free tier? Turns out, millions per month. So the next question is obvious: how much would that have cost with Zapier? Being generous and considering only two tasks to connect Framer to Klaviyo via Zapier (likely more in reality), and looking at the Professional tier (the cheapest), the same result would cost tens of thousands of dollars per year. The takeaway is pretty obvious here: no-code tools are good for speed, but sometimes the cost at scale is just not worth the ease of use. Before investing in such tools, look around, because a cheaper and faster solution very likely exists.
