@emberattar that’s awesome! i’ve considered going vegan a few times, but light greek yogurt is such a huge safe food for me (it’s like ~50% of my diet lol) that i don’t think i could lolol

@osktro hab mich heute gut unter kontrolle weil ich nicht arbeiten bin oder mich mit wem treffe aber ich merke wie mein kopf mir sagt dass ein overeat tag nicht schlimm ist und wie ich echt sehr gerne einfach essen würde aber ich bleibe standhaft

@emberattar WIRKLICH hab halt auch fast 6monatw geschafft nicht wirklich zu bingen höchstens mal zu overeaten und der streak ist halt auch weg 💔💔 und das macht das nächste mal bingen leichter irgendwie
