TEMPERING CHOCOLATE #Chocolate will temper differently depending on the sugar and cocoa butter content, but the recipes in our #book are a good starting point. There is some tolerance on the temperatures, so try not to stress about absolute accuracy. smarturl.it/bakeitsliceite…
