In case anyone is interested, I had to send a few faxes. I am not really set up to send or receive faxes. Going to faxzero.com worked for me. Thanks @FaxZero (Yeah, I know this sounds like an ad by a bot. But it really isn't. And I know that's what a bot would say.)

I just sent a fax using @faxzero, and boy, is this product garbage. Just got a confirmation that my "11 page" fax was sent, but was supposed to be 16 pages. And there's no way to tell which pages came through. And amazingly, they charge money for this.

@the6ixtoronto Typically this happens when someone has either set their browser or some plugin to block cookies, or, for a less likely scenario, if they are somehow being served a cached image of the captcha due to their setup (e.g behind some sort of proxy.) Things are working on this end.

@isabelmosd We transmitted more than 6,700 faxes yesterday. A lot of doctors offices and business stuff, and messages to government reps.
