@TransformARTive I'd recommend wolf song and the other books in the series by TJ Klune. It's the only book that made me feel for the characters

I been trying to read other young adult shapeshifter/werecreature books to see what others have done with the subject but they are so boring to get through, almost all of them involve the main protagonist being bullied and the bullies are almost always predator animals.

@furryforthought @IsaFriendcat i dont know if you're familiar with lobotomy corporation or library of ruina but this is from the sequel to both games: limbuscompany.wiki.gg/wiki/Drifting_… in limbus you can basically get super attacks but if the character has low sanity points they turn into a monster
