Video evidence at approximately 12:02 p.m?.. He was seen going up a stairwell and crossing a railing from a public walkway onto the roof? Video jumping off the roof? Messages and coffessions to his BF? Confession to parents?

That's where hawkers were supposed to be, and the bus stages would supply them with customers.Sonko as governor and Nganya cartels violated the plan.
