DAP-K leader Eugene Wamalwa has opposed formation of a new political party by former ODM Secretary General Edwin Sifuna.
All top Luhya leaders now have their own political parties:
1. Speaker Wetangula has Ford Kenya, with less than 10MPs.
2. Ex-CS Eugene Wamalwa has DAP-K, with less than 5 MPs.
3. Mudavadi dissolved ANC and joined UDA.
4. Caleb Amisi has Renaissance Party — a new party which had earlier been touted as Sifuna’s party but there has since been a fallout between Sifuna and Amisi.
5. Cleophas Malala has DCP, though a truce with Oparanya may just get him back to senate via ODM.

Let’s reason together whether PPP can be used to supply fresh water from Tana River at Bura to Lamu port & Oil refinery site.
The distance from Bura - Ijara - Lamu is around 150-180km. Bura is 105m above sea level. Lamu is 5m. This allows a manageable slope of 0.81m/km.
The oil refineries will consume around 400 liters per barrel plus water consumption from the Lamu port, Lamu town and surrounding areas.
👍🏼 Project is technically viable
👍🏼 Water demand exists
👍🏼 Private sector has readily available capital.
PPP can used to supply fresh water to Lamu while ensuring affordability to consumers and bankability to investors

KENYANS are drawing a red line: Nstional Development must be felt across Kenya.
Building six-lane roads in one region; and not a single lane in another, is not national development.
Development that is not shared across Kenya, that is concentrated in a few villages, where every home has tap water while whole counties use river water or dirty borehole water; is not development.
Kenya needed a leader to develop the entirety of the nation and it got that leader in President William Ruto.

Do not be misled by the false narrative that the Broad-Based Government is ahead and the Opposition is divided. As long as every poll places the Broad-Based Government below 50%+1, the Opposition is ahead. The only decision Opposition supporters are yet to make is who should carry the flag. Once that is settled, the support will put the Opposition well above 60%.
