I did a quick scroll of the Lebanese foreign minister’s recent posts, and I see no condemnation or even acknowledgement of Israel’s criminal attacks on Lebanon. It’s so strange. If I didn’t know any better, I would come away thinking it is Iran that’s bombing Lebanon.

It looks like Steve and his crew were targetted with an M982 Excalibur, US GPS-guided, 155mm extended-range artillery shell. They strike with precision within 4 meters at ranges over 40 km.

Then, he explains how the part of the Litani River known as Qasimiyeh was actually known as a Jewish area in the ancient world, and you can even find 19th maps proving as much: “We have many testimonies of Jews living in this Qasmiyeh area. There are Responsa from Rabbi Galante regarding what they should do during the Sabbatical year (Shmita) since they were farmers there. Can they work the land south of the Litani? There are maps from the 19th century that label places like Al-Yahudiya or Khan al-Yahud (Inn of the Jews). In recent decades, these names were changed.” Then he says: “The Litani is such a natural border that even David Ben-Gurion, as early as 1920, wrote that the Litani is the dividing line. He called it the northern border of the Land of Israel.” Then he delves into the Jewish heritage of Tyre & Sidon: “The Yeshiva of the Geonim (Gaon Yaakov) sat in Tyre in the 11th century with Rabbi Evyatar ben Eliyahu HaKohen... Many Jewish Sages are mentioned as being from Tyre or visiting it …. A Jewish marriage contract (Ketubah) from the year 1054 was found in Tyre …. Finally, the Tomb of Zebulun is in Sidon.
