A neighbor just brought me a couple of Cherokee tomatoes - the first of the season - and I will feast tomorrow. The Cherokee are grown in this region only and they are the sweetest, tastiest tomatoes around. I'll definitely get a few on Monday. The season ends by Sept though.

Finally passed my driving test a few hours ago. I failed last month - not because of driving issues, but getting in and out of the vehicle was a problem. Cleared to drive both SUVs up to 15 miles now and that means my 6am Kroger and Waffle House runs are back in business!

Jacoby was named to the Pro Bowl in four consecutive seasons from 1983-86 Top of THE game for four years running, plenty of accolades, should be in the Hall by now..
