i js found out my scale adds 3 lbs when i'm in the hallway vs when im in the bathroom #whatthatmean

but feeling existential is literally the worst, it sends me into panic attacks, and then idgaf abt my ed, and then i lose my mind bcs i didn’t lose weight but sometimes it fuels my ed bcs its like well i might as well be skinny, absolving from worldly desires and pushing myself

i’ve been feeling so existential and lonely lately
